Chairman - General Manager Mr. Samer Itani started his banking career at LGB BANK by occupying several managerial positions in different divisions at the Bank. He was Vice Chairman - General Manager since June 2007 before being elected Chairman - General Manager in 2019. Mr. Itani is accredited for being responsible of leading the restructuring and expansion strategies of the Bank, thus positioning it as one of the best performing Lebanese banks. Mr. Itani holds a degree in Finance and International Management from Georgetown University in Washington DC. He attended advanced management programs at both INSEAD and London Business School.

Maher Husseini is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of international experience spanning North America, the Middle East, and Africa. He is currently the Commercial Director of AIMS Industrial, where he has driven significant business growth. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Al Qudra Holding in Abu Dhabi, as well as with General Electric and Singer in the United States. Mr. Husseini holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Fairfield University in Connecticut.

Nadim Barrage is an independent board member at LGB Bank, where he sits on both the Audit and Risk Committees and supports strategic transformation. He brings over 25 years of experience in investment and commercial banking, having held senior roles at Citibank (Samba), Bankmed Group, and Ernst & Young. At Citibank, he led Corporate & Investment Banking. At Bankmed, he served in regional leadership roles and as Deputy CEO of T-Bank (Turkey), while also founding the group’s Microfinance arm and launching its Digital Transformation Division. Nadim currently serves as Senior Director at Pinnacle Capital (Saudi Arabia), where he leads investment banking mandates and strategic advisory. He is also an independent board member at Adel Real Estate and Raqamyah, a licensed fintech. He holds an MBA (Leicester), BA in Economics (Concordia), executive diplomas from Oxford and MIT, and is certified by the CMA and CISI.

Me. Chader is currently the Legal Advisor of LGB BANK and a member on the Board of Directors at CSC Bank s.a.l. Me. Chader's professional career is marked with key positions; being Chairman and General Manager of many local Banks and President of the Association of Banks in Lebanon. He was also elected as a Member of the Lebanese Parliament. Me. Chader is a prominent Lebanese lawyer, holding a Law Degree from the Saint Joseph University's law school.

Mr. Noueiri is an independent member of the Board of Directors since 2009. Mr. Noueiri enjoys over 25 years of banking experience mainly in American, European, and Lebanese Banks. He held the position of Executive Manager at the American Express Bank in London, in addition to being a member of the Executive Management at Union Bancaire Privée in London, and acting as Senior Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank and held a key position in a local commercial bank. Mr. Noueiri holds a Business and Commerce degree from Beirut Arab University.

Has over 50 years of experience being a prominent judge with distinguished law career marked with key positions. He acquired several key positions in penal courts and last position held was General Prosecutor at the Lebanese Court of Cassation. Played a major academic role through his participation in the documentation of legal texts and rulings and legal research and analysis.

Mr. Philippe Saleh is an independent member on the bord of LGB BANK, with over 35 years of experience as a veteran banking professional. After having started his career with Citibank NA in the Corporate Banking Division, Mr. Saleh has held several managerial positions at a local commercial bank, the latest of which was Chief Risk Officer (CRO) – AGM, Head of Group Management Division. He demonstrated expertise in developing an integrated risk management framework for all aspects of risk across the organization, and implement a set of risk metrics and Basel 2 and Basel 3 compliant reporting and spreading a strong risk culture. Mr. Saleh holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Paris IX Dauphine University, a Masters in Science from the Faculty of Lyon as well as the “Citibank Management Training” Certificate.
